It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in LA! Too soon? It might not feel like it weather wise, but the holiday style decorations are here and sparkling around the city. I’m obsazzed. Today, I thought it would be fun to create a city guide post sharing some of my favorite must-see spots around LA! I found the perfect outfit for the occassion at Express. I’m also going to show you how I quickly transitioned this look from one location to the next. Keep reading!1. Coffee at VerveFor starters, if you’re in the city you have to check out this new coffee shop on Melrose called Verve. I love the backdoor patio. It’s so quiet and great for pics. ;) I’m not a huge coffee drinker (I’ll have an iced latte every now and then) so I can’t recommend a coffee drink, but I’m a fan of their hot chocolate with whipped cream. Yum!
As you can see I’m wearing a sequin party dress paired with black coated skinnies to keep my legs warm on this chilly day. Time for my next spot!2. Shopping on RodeoI love this little cobblestone hill on the corner of Rodeo! Thankfully these booties are comfy enough to walk around in and see the fun holiday window displays. If you go around back you will see pretty steps that lead up to a big Christmas tree. Great for pictures!
3. The LACMAIf you’ve never been to LACMA, it’s a must-see! Outside of the museum is so pretty (especially at night) and it’s great for taking pictures. When you’re there try guessing how many movies have featured the famous lights. They’re so fun to play in!
4. Happy Hour at AOCLos Angles has tons of delicious food places to choose from and that can also be overwhelming. If you want to meet your friends at a restaurant that has great bites, awesome ambience and pretty scenery then stop by AOC on Hamel and 3rd. It’s one of my favorite places to go with the girls for happy hour.
As you can see I swapped the pants out for some bare skin. This is such a fun going-out holiday dress.
