For the girl chasing a small waist and legs for daysss.This style is my personal favorite. You can do no wrong with a pair of high-waisted style shorts. It cheats a small waist (which makes wearing a crop-top so much easier) and gives the appearance of longer looking legs. High-five petite girls!
