I’m having fun with fall today! I wore this on a chilly but sunny day out and about in Los Angeles. Topshop is about a mile from my house which pretty much sums up why almost every outfit post on my blog includes a Topshop item or two. Today it’s the entire look! I couldn’t help myself when I envisioned this striped turtle neck shirt paired with this denim front-button skirt. You know what I just realized? All my front-button skirts are from Topshop. (I have this, this + this one hehe) Before you know it, I’ll have a closet just for all my Topshop front-button skirts (Stevie, I hope you’re not reading this). Perhaps it’s the high-waisted petite fit that I love so much - super flattering and gives the appearance of longer looking legs. I’ve already devoted a blog post to front-button skirts so Iet’s move on shall we…..I’m not a huge accessories + jewelry kind of gal. I need to get better at it and I’m working on it! In the mean time when in doubt just go with an eye-catching bag. This pineapple purse was too cute to pass up on. It makes me feel cool like I’m in high-school. Remind me to never say that again? I hated high-school! Anyways, it’s a fun statement piece with plenty of space inside for your going-out essentials. Not to mention - a good conversation starter.
