Happy Valentine's Day! I want to wish you all a day filled with love and sweetness. In the spirit of it all, Stevie and I were inspired to share our love in collaboration with our favorite page for all things love called AreYouThatSomebodyyy. I partnered up with the creator who happens to be very close to me. Can you guess? ;) She's actually my big sister and someone who I've always gone to for relationship advice. Sayran is the type of person who gets excited for the small moments and sees beauty in the most unique places. I'm so excited to introduce her to you guys. What is “are you that somebodyyy”? -- (written by Sayran)
I started AYTS in the name of love. Duh. But really, I wanted to have a place to go where only love existed, regardless of whether it was the fairy tale type or the tragic romance type. It has evolved, from the notion of your soulmate, your “somebody” going from a romantic lover to practically anyone who deeply impacts your life; your mom, sister, best friend, brother, dad, cousin, a stranger, and most importantly, yourself. It’s solidified my personal belief, that nothing matters as much as love. But let’s be honest, one of the main desires in anyone’s life is to find someone, your better half, a romantic soulmate, to be a somebody to someone who thinks the same of you.
Stevie and Sazan are the living, breathing testament to the most romantic notion of all time, soulmates. They are two people who make you believe that it is possible to find someone you want to spend the rest of your life with. I’ve known the two since the very start of their relationship and I have seen them grow in their love in such a beautiful, admirable and courageous way. The two of them together symbolize everything that AYTS stands for. Despite circumstances and differences in background and culture, they are proof that love conquers all and in each other they found their counterpart, their better half, their soulmate, their somebody.
