Valentine's Day 2016 gifts for Every ManI’m definitely a gift-giver who loves to surprise my man with something special on Valentine's Day. You may ask, what are the rules when it comes to gift-giving? I think it's important to communicate expectations with your Valentine so that you're both on the same page. I've always been a fan of giving more than receiving so I've always done a little something-something extra for Stevie!
When Stevie and I met we were both pretty broke (if we’re being honest here) but we always made the most of it. I remember in college when Steve could barely make rent and was worried that Valentine's Day was going to be an epic fail on his part that year. He got creative and ended up surprising me with the sweetest love note and flowers (that he handpicked might I add) and placed it on the hood of my car. I remember having a rough day in class so walking to my car in the parking lot and seeing that was so magical. For me, the small gestures have become priceless memories in our relationship that I'll never forget. I’ll also never forget the time I tried to get creative and made little coupons ‘of love’ that read fun things like, “15-minute back scratch”, “Hiking date”, etc. I guess my point is whether you’re on a budget or ready to splurge this Valentine’s Day - I’ve got the perfect gifts for him at any stage of love. Enjoy!
