Hey fam! I'm currently on a plane heading home after a surprise birthday trip in Vail, Colorado. Stevie totally surprised me with this trip after we left Boston. I had no clue!! As I'm sitting here on the plane, I can't help but think of the unforgettable memories we had and all the pretty pictures we took.
When Stevie said we were going to Vail - I knew it would be so beautiful this time of year. The drive from Denver to Vail was so scenic. The closer we got, the more yellow/orange the trees became. It was such a pretty sight! It was during our drive when I had a dumb Sazan moment and realized that we were almost 9,000 miles above sea level. You don't really think about it when you're mesmerized by all of the pretty mountains.When we arrived, we checked into The Ritz Bachelor Gulch - which is one of the most breathtaking properties I've ever stayed at! It's everything you want in a mountain resort. It felt like we were in a giant log cabin. We saw deer outside. It was so cozy!!
Forgive me if I'm being super corny talking about the weather and nature. When you've been living in city like Los Angeles for 3 years, you miss out on the seasons! We decided to do a 2 hour hike up the waterfall (Booth Falls Hike) and it was so worth it in the end!

Seriously it was the perfect birthday. Thank you all for the birthday wishes! P.S I can't believe I woke up to 400K on Instagram! Love you guys! I also woke up to this GORGEOUS blue suede YSL bag on my b-day. Stevie surprised me again. I was pretty much in tears! So pretty!!!
Landing in LA soon - but only to pack for another trip I'm going on tomorrow! A few months ago, Stevie and I planned a couples trip with some of our best married friends. We basically came to the realization that you only live once before kids come in the picture so we all decided on a fun vacation!We're going to.... HAWAII!!!! *insert tropical music* I've never been so I'm really excited!!! Can't wait.
