Today I launched my Makeup & Motivate series on my channel and I just wanted to take a minute to personally thank my followers, readers and subscribers for the overwhelming amount of support.
So why did I decide to launch this Makeup & Motivate series?I love makeup and I love to motivate, so I thought why not combine the best of both worlds? In today's episode, the message is to just be you. I've struggled with finding myself (as we all have!) and I think social media plays a part in getting lost in the deep tunnel of comparison. The online world can be so filtered and I want to break that. As a social media influencer, I hope opening the door to real life topics like this will help motivate other women out there and fellow influencers to join me in this being real movement. I've always been pretty open and honest with you guys, but I'll admit I've held back certain parts of myself at times because of caring so much about what others might say/think. After I recorded this video, it felt so therapeutic. It felt right. I realized I have nothing to be ashamed about. My vulnerable side is real and one that so many women will appreciate.Thank you to all my beautiful subscribers (and YOU my blog readers!) who continue to motivate me and support me- your encouragement inspires me daily.
