Summer might almost be over (tears), but it's the season to shop those last minute swimwear SALES coming in HOT. If you've been eyeing some swimsuits all summer long (I know I have), it's the perfect time now to dive in and stock up on those favorites before they're gone for good.Sometimes I go for a fun bikini, but lately, I have been enjoying one piece suits! I'm now 23 weeks pregnant and haven't had to shop maternity suits just yet. I'm taking full advantage of these sales because finding the right swimsuit can be overwhelming (and expensive). Before you shop 'til you drop, here are some personal tips to help make the experience a little easier.Tip #1: Know Your Body Type Before you obsess over a color or pattern, get to know the STYLE of your body type. Duh.TBH nowadays I just want to throw on a suit and not worry about anything falling out! With that being said, opt in for styles that are cute but practical to wear in the blazing hot sun. Sorry to break it to you mono-kini lovers, but thats the best solution if you want to avoid crazy tan lines. I love one piece bathing suits if I'm not planning on laying out. It's so cute to pair over shorts and hang out in all day. (and yay for not having to suck in the tummy every 5 seconds. ha!)Tip #3: Mix-and-matchYou don't always have to get a matching set! It's so fun to play around with different patterns and textures when it comes to pairing your tops and bottoms. I love styling different colors together or taking a cute off the shoulder bikini top and bringing it to life in a new way with high-waisted bottoms! So chic and flirty!Tip #4: Extra supportWe all love a cute bandeau top, but that's not always realistic - for the girls ;). If you have a larger bust, a more supportive style with under wire and thicker straps might be the way to go. Want to cinch in your waist and accentuate your curves?
