Since New Year's Eve falls at the end of the holiday season, who wouldn't be in the mood to save some money but still slay the night looking gorgeous as ever?! If you've ever been too afraid to wear sequin, New Year's Eve is the perfect night to experiment with it! I mean it just screams NYE, doesn't it??
