I had a summer with no complaints - well, minus the scorching out temperatures in Southern California. I have seriously been counting down to Fall since January of this year. LOL! It is seriously my favorite season. The thought of cozy fall outfits and sipping hot chocolate puts a huge smile on my face. It's the small things in life, right? :D As the warmer months are coming to an end here in LA (let's hope), I'm transitioning my outfits and beauty routine to go along with it.

I recently went on my babymoon up north to Half Moon Bay (where it gets chilly!) and had the perfect excuse to wear my first chunky fall sweater. This season, the perfect layering piece to add to a chunky knit or anything really is a denim jacket.

Think plums, reds, and browns! A bold lip can effortlessly spice up any soft makeup look! I tend to rock my natural curls more during the fall months - cozy/lazy hair days are the best. And lastly for skincare... I tend to swap out my light-weight moisturizers for thicker creams if I'm visiting colder climates to give my skin some extra hydration.
