New Year’s Eve is right around the corner and so are the outfits. *Ahhhh!* When it comes to planning the perfect NYE outfit, I stress out around this time every year looking for the perfect sparkly dress. I love sparkles, but this year I’m inspired to change things up a bit. My goal is to still look/feel sexy but stay warm at the same time. The solution? A wide leg pant jumpsuit. This pant-suit romper I’m wearing is from Sam Edelman and surprisingly it fits my 5’2” frame. Of course, I have heels on to add a few inches, but I usually have to tailor my jump suits because I’m so short and tiny. I like that this one is designed with an open back but you can get away with wearing a regular bra underneath. That’s always important for me.
The cut-out details around the waist and on the back add the perfect amount of spice to this little black number. It gives the allusion of a smaller waist line which instantly flatters the image of your silhouette. All you really need is some killer heels, a bold lip and a few pieces of jewelry (in this case, optional).
I’m going to share more unique/fun New Years Eve inspired outfit ideas with you soon so keep a look out. I’m still debating on what I will end up wearing so stay tuned.
If you’re looking for last minute Christmas gift ideas, you can stop looking now. Christmas is right around the corner. Does anyone else feel like a chicken with their head cut off looking for the perfect gifts for friends and family? I’m still not done with my shopping! In the midst of all my traveling, I was going to post my recap of my San Francisco trip today but realized I left the camera I used on that trip in my LA apartment! GRRRR. My sister will be meeting me in Texas soon so I asked her to bring it! In the meantime, I thought why not share a little holiday shopping post? No kidding, Nordstrom is pretty much one of my favorite high + low go-to department stores for every occassion. They have so many cute things right now that I’m inspired to finish the rest of my Christmas shopping online.

I spent the past three days exploring a city I’ve always dreamed of visiting- San Francisco. All I’ve got to say is WOW. I basically want to change my name to Saz Francisco now. #DontWorryIWont Anyways, the city is absolutely breathtaking from the historical attractions to the amazing food and people who make up the culture. As many of you followed along, I shared tons of pictures on my Instagram. However, there are tons more pics that didn’t make the cut, but I will be sharing a recap of everything in detail right here on the blog soon.
I could’t wait to share this furry little number with you that I wore on Day 1! San Francisco was super chilly so this coat saved me from literally freezing my booty off. These boots also kept me really warm and add a charming little touch to complete the outfit.
My camera was being really annoying adjusting to the light so most of these photos were taken with my iPhone instead. Hope you enjoyed! I’m heading on a plane to Austin today! Can’t wait to be back home in the south for the holidays. Yeeeeehaw!
Looking for a holiday inspired makeup idea? Today’s post was inspired by all the questions I received from you guys the other day about this look. I love a bold lip! With the holiday season in session, I decided to share this vamp but festive look. It’s a spicy way to accessorize your winter wardrobe. Sometimes the only accessory missing is a bold lip.
I’m always changing up my hair and makeup looks. Let me know what you guys want to see me rock out next!
It’s a basic sweater, skirt + sneakers kind of Wednesday. Lately, my crazy busy life has inspired me to go with more comfortable wear. I’ve seriously been trading my heels for comfy flats or sneakers likethese new onesI recently bought on Black Friday. Because my outfit is super duper casual, I got to play up the makeup and hair. I went for a bold, holiday-inspired look.
I’ve got some exciting travels coming up soon for the holidays! Like reeaaaaallly soon. Keep a look out.
