BIG HAIR Volumized Curls Tutorial (Video)

What I used – Shampoo/Conditioner/Serum: all from Dove’s Advanced Series // Dry oil: Bumble & Bumble // Volumizing Gel (light-weight): Aussie // Hairspray: Dove // Blow Dryer: T3 // Curling Wand: Eva NYC // Round Brush: T3
I know you guys probably have tons of questions about the products I used. I will say that Dove’s Advanced Series products have yet to disappoint me. They seem to have one for all hair types. I’m noticing they are quickly selling out of a lot of their advanced collections. (The DRY SHAMPOO is amazing!) Also, some of you might be thrown off by the fact that I use a volumizing GEL for this look. The one I use is from Aussie and it is super light-weight. I like the texture it creates in my hair. If your hair has a life-less/flat texture I especially recommend you try this. I use a quarter size and it helps if you flip your hair upside down and apply it to all areas with a little more in the roots and scalp before blow drying. (you can find it at Walmart for like $4!)

Sazan, I am so glad you posted this video! Ever since I grew out my hair, I’ve been super lazy in styling it because I don’t have a lot of time to spend on it in the morning but by styling it the night before and clipping it up in sections like you mentioned, it did wonders for me the next morning!! I was surprised the curls stayed in tact and with only a few touches, I was done in 5 minutes! Thanks so much for sharing your tips!
