Oops I did it again. Here’s my NO SLEEP beauty routine on days when I’m tired and feeling like a slob kabob. Since becoming a mom I’ve tried sworn by these tips that actually have helped me go from puffy and tired to bright and awake! Keep reading below..

Did you know your skin loses water 3 times faster at night?? I know…sounds awful (and really, really dry). Luckily there are some things you can do to retain that wonderful moisture, like Murad’s Night Fix Treatment I mentioned in this video to boost hydration! There are notes of lemon, violet, and cedarwood in the scent that actually relax the mind and prepare the senses for deep, restful sleep.
