Funny story – growing up I had zero motivation to workout. When I finally did workout I had no idea what I was doing or trying to accomplish at the gym. I wanted to maximize my efforts and my time but didn’t know how. Then I discovered Kayla Itsine’s BBG workout program. LIFE CHANGING. Her guided Sweat app has been my go-to for years and has challenged me in so many new ways before and after having a baby! I get asked a lot about BBG so I decided I would share everything you need to know about why I personally love this workout program (esp for beginners!) I’ve never done a fitness journey video as raw and real as this one.
