By now, you guys know I’m obsazzed with color. The older I’m getting (OMG 5 years from 30!!!!) the more my style is becoming more sophisticated slash minimal chic. I think the new haircut is also a reason for this. LOL  Anyways, I’m focusing less on trends and trusting my mood/personality on a specific day to help get me dressed.

I had some downtime …

I’m so sprung on spring right now! I don’t know if it’s the new chic haircut or what, but I’m noticing a style transition in my wardrobe.  I’m currently into the whole posh/sophisticated/ chic look. I’ve been hooked on neutrals but still keeping it Sazan with a little pop of color. I actually wore this outfit on my Access Hollywood segment last Wednesday in case it looks …

Spring Makeup Tutorial (Youtube)

Beauty | March 30, 2015

Spring is calling! I just uploaded a new video to my channel and wanted to share it with you guys! It’s all about the colorful eye-liner for spring and summer this season, so I went ahead and gave this trend a try. I think wearing brighter shades on your lids is totally fine as long as it’s done tastefully in a fun way – nothing too crazy.

I decided to trade in my black cat-eye for a bold pink look and matching lip. It’s a really easy tutorial to create. See for yourself! Be sure to comment below your fave …

Where do Jeans Come from? (Video)

Style | March 6, 2015

Happy Friday!

I’ve always wondered why Fridays have been recognized as the popular “Jeans Day.” That thought created another thought. Why are jeans a go-to fave?  Is it because they’re comfortable? Easy to style? Great for hiding the hairy legs? and while we’re at it, where do jeans come from?

Just like humans, jeans have evolved since the beginning of their time. Over the past three months, I have been a Blogger in Residence for YMI Jeans. Through out this journey, I’ve been able to put my questions to the test and explore ‘behind the seams’. I took you guys …

Dreaming of Spring | Sam Edelman

Style | January 21, 2015

It may not technically be spring but lately in California it definitely feels like it. My wardrobe has totally transitioned already from fall/winter to spring/summer. Too soon? I’ve noticed that it’s never a bad idea to go with a midi skirt. It’s a longer style skirt so you can even wear it during the colder seasons to stay styling! I did my research and have learned it’s a classic trend that truly started to re-blossom over the past few years. There are countless colors, styles and prints if you’re a midi-skirt-addict. I think if you are a newbie to …

Strapless in Stripes

Style | January 18, 2015

Strapless in stripes today! There’s no doubt after sharing this post today that I am more than ready for spring to arrive thanks to this little striped Cameo dress.  Real talk, I’ve never been a huge “tube-top” dress kind of gal (my girls can’t hang if ya know what I’m sayin’) but, there’s just something so special about the way this particular dress fits. I was excited to wear it out last week since we’ve been experiencing beautiful weather in LA right now. It’s crazy to think how chilly it is around the globe. I’m starting to prep for …
