A little black dress goes a long way sometimes. I love a loose-fitted dress like this one because it’s super comfortable and easy to run errands in. It’s especially great for those casual days when you don’t feel like dressing up. I added my personal Sazan touch with this fabulous Milk and Honey evil eye necklace! A little pop of gold is all an outfit needs sometimes.
It’s all about the 90’s! ..as if! This outfit totally reminds me of something Cher from Clueless would wear, and I love it. Los Angeles is starting to feel like Spring already, so I’m excited to wear more skirts! Pairing a sweater with a skirt can make you look effortlessly stylish. I’m a fan!
P.S I am launching my new URL/website very soon! I can’t wait!! Change is good.
Let’s flashback to October 5th,2013. I was prepping all day for a fun award show red carpet event at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles. From running around to various showrooms, to trying on so many outfits and applying my favorite facial in a bottle—O.R.G was there to capture it all. And let me just say OMG to O.R.G. I prepped my skin with their organic face peel and just wait until you see how flawless my makeup went on afterwards. I’m still a newbie at posing for the cameras on a red carpet, but I’ve quickly learned that the most important secret to getting flawless makeup coverage is prepping your skin right before. Can’t wait for you watch as I demonstrate my favorite skin-secret! I’ll shut up now and let you watch the video below to see how the day played out! Enjoy
What’s a fun collaboration without an awesome giveaway? This is the first of two giveaways I’m hosting with O.R.G! As you saw in the video, their mineral face peel works wonders on your skin. I’m excited that you have two weeks to enter this super easy giveaway. All you have to do is “like” O.R.G’s FB page and follow them on Instagram through the box below. Once you do this you’re automatically entered to win! I’m also including a surprise gift in the mix, so make sure you enter – it’s going to be good!
Why I love my skin so much: Exfoliating your skin is so important. My makeup always looks better when my skin is prepped. We collect so many dead skin cells on the surface of our skin that it can feel rough and look tough! Yuck. O.R.G’s skin care is organic (that’s a plus!!!). It not only works as a gentle exfoliater- it also hydrates your skin every time you spray it on. Double plus! I’m not going to lie, at first I had to Google the natural ingredients like licorice root extract and milk thistle to see what the heck they are! ha I quickly learned these are two key ingredients to leave your face/body feeling smooth and looking glow-y. I’ve been using their face peel twice a week (typically in the mornings) and always before a red-carpet event as you saw. I love that it also gets rid of those annoying blackheads we all hate so much. It’s unscented so tell your boyfriends it’s great for them too! Seriously, it’s magic in a bottle.
I have more great news! (ha! I feel like it’s Christmas all over again) O.R.G is giving you guys 20% off your total purchase with code sazanloves when you shop at O.R.G. online. You will also automatically receive their facial mask FREE (retails $10). This discount is only for a limited time so don’t wait to get the goods!
I hope you enjoyed the video! I want to hear your feedback so make sure to leave a comment on the video or below if you’d like! You can subscribe to my Youtube channel here for future video updates. This was so much fun! Thanks for stopping by!
Special thanks to the O.R.G team for making this video possible! Also many thanks to..

Today I’m partnering up with Target to bring you another fun little trend report. Let’s talk about nautical fashion, shall we?! The nautical trend isn’t exactly new. It’s a style however that is known to spice up any wardrobe in an effortless and preppy-chic way. I personally became a huge fan of this preppy sailor trend this season. I’ve paired practically every button-down I own underneath a sweater or dress to give it that nautical edge. And don’t get me started on stripes! Ob-sazzed.
Ironically, it feels like summer in LA right now (so weird!) which is why I got away with showing off some legs. If you’re living in a colder city, no worries- you can still incorporate this trend into your personal style with felted wools, sailor-style buttons, uniform stripes and even fun nautical-inspired jewelry. Think bold. A bright red or orange lip can also be another really fun way to incorporate nautical in your beauty life.
Are you a fan of this trend!? If so, what nautical styles are your favorite!?

-My Outfit Details-
Sweatpants: Urban Outfitters sold out (identical pair from Lovers & Friends, Also love these + these)
Sweatshirt: Lovers and Friends
Bag: Zara (shop similar)
Heels: Zara (similar Steve Maddens)
About the trend: Happy Friday! Today I’m re-inventing the traditional idea of casual sweatpants and sweatshirt style. When you think of sweats you think of the couch, right? Well, we’re taking it to the nightlife scene (in a chic way)! This is a trend I became inspired by during New York Fashion Week- so why not take it from the runway to the REAL-way?! Can I get an amen up in here!? Notice the style is relaxed but the prints are far from it. This is the perfect Friday night look that will not only make you feel comfortable (literally), it will bring you confidence in knowing that you can make a chic statement without trying too hard. Ya feel me!?
About the outfit: I found these amazing faux leather sweatpants at Urban Outfitters last week during their Black Friday sale! I got them for $20! I literally died in the store and came back to life. When shopping for these kind of pants, you can try going a size up for the looser/baggier look. The sweatshirt blouse is from Lovers and Friends- they are seriously one of my favorite brands EVER. They know how to make you look like the life of the chic party. I told myself I wasn’t going to buy anymore black heels, but then I saw these pointed-toe ones at Zara (on Friday Friday as well!!!) and I couldn’t say no to an amazing deal. Just $40 on sale! You can shop all these pieces above under “Outfit Details.”
Have a stylish weekend!
