We all have a dream, so why not blog about it?! Today I’m very inspired by this adorbs graphic limited edition tee I got from my girl Nany’s Klozet in collaboration with Furor Moda. I love it so much! This is definitely a shirt that I can see myself wearing a million times over whether it be dressy, casual, flirty, lazy- you name it!
I started blogging over three years ago to help me sort of figure out what my “dream” was. Along the way (and what feels like 27483434 posts later!) I discovered that I am living my dreams. It’s so hard to embrace that sometimes when you’re constantly building towards something. It’s funny how life pans out.
What’s your dream?
Skirt: T-bags Los Angeles (also love this skirt & this dress) HOLY Prints!
Top: Luna B. (on sale!!)
Heels: Zooshoo (runs a little big- go 1 or 1/2 size smaller)
Bag: Target (shop similar)
Necklace: Happy Wrist
Today’s outfit knocks out the term “Monday blues” with this ready-to-partayyy purple skirt! I know it’s like below freezing in most parts of the world right now, but Los Angeles seriously has a weather-mind of its own. 70 degrees and sunny all the time? This can’t be real life.
I’m 5’2 so I rarely wear pencil skirts (why? Because they turn into maxi skirts on me. ha!) but there was something so special about this one (you know you have a fashion problem when you start talking like you’re in a relationship with your clothes #sazanprobs). This one however is totally Sazan approved. Love it.
Have a stylish week! xoxxxo
It’s official. I finally passed my California state driver’s test (after failing the first time) which means my Cali license is on the way! Wooo! Besides my picture being a hot mess, I’m excited to rep my new city.
CALI VIBES KINDA #OOTD
Since we’re on the subject of Cali, I thought I would share this super chill slash edgy look I wore out to dinner + movie last week. It’s such a California outfit! First of all, this neon orange Tgrshrk beanie is everything (thank you Kate and Jared!!). I took a risk wearing bright orange on top of my head, but I think it definitely worked in my favor. Without the beanie this outfit would be less Sazan and more blah. I love to mix things up! I can never turn away from a good tie-dye tank – especially when it’s made organically with low impacted dyes. Such a great line you guys should check them out. Last, let’s talk about my gold jewelry. When in doubt go with a gold chain necklace. You can never go wrong!

It’s already starting to look and feel like summer in LA and so is my closet! Can I just say- let the sandals game begin! I’m so excited sandal season is here and it’s still January! It’s crazy to me how places like NYC and other cities all around the globe are experiencing not-so-sunny temperatures. I’m slightly jealous because I feel like my winter season was jipped (aka I didn’t really have one!). I can’t complain too much because it’s outfits like these that make me thankful for Cali. I paired this super chic blouse with a pair of little black shorts little to give it a boho chic vibe. This look is so simple (notice no crazy colors or accessories) so that these TO-DIE-FOR knee-high gladiator sandals can be the center of attention. They remind me of Stuart Weitzman’s gladiators, but these are unbelievably affordable (and cute!) compared to his $398! Just saying. Can I get a chaa- ching!?!
Think shades of green, purple, and blue (hence the term jewel/gem tones). I decided to take this trend and re-invent it into my beauty life. I get bored with my makeup easily so I happily decided to give this a try. If you’re also kind of over your makeup style- try this out for your next look. I experimented with blue eye-liner for the first time last November when I was in NYC shooting videos with Target. Surprisingly, I ended up loving the eye-liner so much that I went and bought one after! Who would have thought that a little pop of color could transform your eyes? For my look below, I decided to go more dramatic by adding a dark purple lip to spice up this look (so great for night time!). If it’s too much for you then make adjustments where you need to. Whether that’s trading in the dark lip stick for a subtle nude lip gloss, or eliminating the eyeshadow and simply wearing the eye-liner by it self- You make the rules sista!
Simple How-to: I used an eyeshadow palette to create a shimmery/smokey base (optional). Tip: I used a dark matte shadow to define the crease of my eye and around the edges for a smokey look. Then I applied a few coats of the blue eye-liner (to really make it pop) and then finished off the look with my volume mascara and bold lipstick.
