I’m constantly trying to stay on my healthy game but sometimes it’s hard when you live for delicious food. Living in LA has definetly helped me stay on track – especially now since I have a good-sized kitchen I can play in. One way I’ve consistently been getting in my daily vitamins is with a green smoothie in the morning. Happy Friday! It’s gloomy and rainy in Los angeles today which gives me the perfect excuse to whip up some homemade chicken noodle soup that’s actually good for the soul. I wish I could take all the credit for this, but it’s actually my mother-in-law’s famous recipe. Whether it’s rainy outside or you’re craving a good ‘ole bowl of homemade soup – I thought I would share this delicious recipe that I can’t get enough …
Hey guys! I am super excited to finally settle into our new home! I decided to cook up our first home-cooked meal in the new kitchen and decided to go with a new turkey chili recipe. It turned out so delicious! I mixed a few recipes that I found online to create my best version. I’m running around like crazy, but it’s nice to cook up an easy meal that takes less than an hour. (you basically leave it on the stove and go!) I hope you will give it a try!
If you love a good avocado toast recipe- you will fall in love with this one. Thanksgiving is this month (yay!!) so I felt inspired to start a new series called “Wifey Wednesday” here on my blog. The goal is to share easy recipes from my kitchen as well as fun holiday decorating ideas for the home. I just love this time of year so much! I’m still a rookie at married life (it’s only been 5 months hehe) but I’m learning new things everyday about being a wife and that’s something I look forward to sharing with you.
