’Tis the season for holiday shopping! This can only mean one thing. Time to shop ’til you drop and dress up in fun outfits and warm fuzzy sweaters! When I was in New York, I found the perfect excuse to get tons of Christmas shopping done at Nordstrom Rack. It’s seriously become my one-stop shop for all things fashion, home and beauty. I’ve been good this year so I decided to treat myself to a few things while I was there. 😉 When I was in New York, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I found this cashmere turtleneck sweater in a camel color. I’ve been looking everywhere for one! When I grabbed the price-tag I wasn’t expecting to see it cost less than $80. I thought it was going to be A LOT more expensive since it’s a luxury fabric. It was in my size so I knew it was meant to be. Shopping for gifts led to buying this sweater which then led to me buying a whole new outfit. Accessories included. I spy Alexander McQueen sunnies. 😉
It was hard to pass up on these furry leather gloves – so I didn’t. I’ve never owned a pair of chic gloves so I knew now was the perfect time to snag an awesome pair for a great price. I can’t wait to take them with me to Texas for Christmas!
It’s our last day in NYC. Can’t believe we’ve been here for 11 days! I got a good taste of what it would feel like living here and I really enjoyed it. I surprised Stevie with tickets to go see Sting play at Carnegie Hall tonight and we’re so excited. Sting is one of his all time favorite musicians so I’m looking forward to a fun last night. Any recommendations for dinner tonight? I’m craving some good salmon!!
